Three ways to swim naturally
Same philosophy. Three very different experiences.
Every Biosphere swim project is built around chemical-free water, engineered for Indian conditions. What changes is the form. The same commitment to natural water can be expressed as a tiled architectural pool, a stone-edged pond, or a sand-bottomed lagoon you can snorkel with fish in. Three products. Three site types. Three budgets. Here's how they compare.

Bio Swimming Pools
A pool, without the chemistry.
Tiled, structured, and unmistakably a swimming pool - but filtered by biology instead of chlorine. The cleanest expression of the form, for sites where the architecture leads. At home in modern villas, rooftops, courtyards, and boutique hotels.
from ₹25 Lakhs.

Bio Swim Ponds
A wild lake, brought home.
Natural stone, cascading water, planted edges, and a clear swim zone at the centre. No tile, no concrete shell - built the way a spring-fed pond would form if the land had its way. At home on larger plots where the land has room to breathe and the water is meant to feel found rather than placed.
from ₹30 Lakhs.

Swimming Lagoons
Snorkel with fish, in your own garden.
A swimmable lagoon with a white sand floor, crystal water, and a thriving population of colourful fish living in it. Held by advanced biological filtration, PhosPure™ phosphate control, and ECO-O3 ozone polishing. At home on properties with the space to hold a lagoon and the brief to make the water the experience, not the amenity.
from ₹80 Lakhs.

How to think about choosing
Three quick filters cover most decisions.
1
Start with the site
Compact or modern, with strong architectural lines - a Bio Swimming Pool. Larger, sloped, or landscape-led - a Bio Swim Pond. Generous, sun-rich, with room around the water and a brief that asks the water to be the centrepiece - a Swimming Lagoon. The site usually decides for you before the budget does.
2
Then the experience
Hidden biology and clean tile - pool. Visible planting and the feel of a natural water body - pond. Open water, white sand, colourful fish you can swim with - lagoon. Ask what you want the water to be, not just what you want it to look like.
3
Then the budget
Bio Swimming Pools start at Rs 20 Lakhs, Bio Swim Ponds at Rs 30 Lakhs, Swimming Lagoons at Rs 80 Lakhs. The differences reflect what each form needs to perform - square metres, sand and substrate, stonework, planting, and the engineering each demands. The lagoon also runs on a more involved annual maintenance commitment, which we'll talk you through during the assessment.
What all three share
-
Chemical-free water - no chlorine, no salt, no daily chemistry
-
Filtration engineered for Indian climate, water, and load
-
German-engineered pumps and controls, built for continuous duty
-
Lower running costs than a chlorinated pool of comparable size
-
Water gentle on skin, eyes, and sensitive swimmers
-
Built new - designed and engineered from the ground up, not retrofitted

Not sure which is right for your site?
That's what the Project Assessment is for. We walk the site, listen to the brief, and tell you which form the engineering actually supports. Sometimes the answer is the option you came in expecting. Often, it isn't.
